The Neverending Story - 8/10 Great Kids movie

Scarface - 6/10 - I dunno what that was but it wasn't what I was expecting. I just didn't enjoy it. But I persevered and at least now I can say I've seen it.

Pride and Glory: Decent movie overall, kept me entertained, whould give it a 6,5/10

Lars and the Real Girl: This movie was hilarious and quite disturbing at times, whould recommend everyone to see it, sure made me laugh like hell. 9,5/10

Flags of our Fathers 6/10 ... decent watch, bit confusing and bit boring at times but definitely enjoyable ...

Letters from Iwo Jima 9/10 ... great! very impressionable .... reminded me a lot of "Der Untergang", except this time its the Japanese who are fighting a futile and hopeless battle ...

note that both these films are centered around the battle of Iwo Jima, a WW2 skrimish in the pacific, where Flags of our Fathers tells the story of six americans in this battle, and Letters from Iwo Jima the fate of the Japanese soldiers defending the island. Both films were directed by Clint Eastwood ... and imo he did a real great job with Letters, while Flags still is a good film to watch...

Gran Torino 7/10 ... another Eastwood film ... i liked it, some really good parts in it, light hearted humour ... the bad acting didnt bother me that much ...

this film makes u think though, is it really that bad in some american neighborhoods? i mean, everyone's got a gun(even the barber in his shop), gangs (loads of guns) who'll fuck you up if you just look at them the wrong way ... is it really like this? :-/

Equilibrium. 8/10 Kinda like the actors, and it had a real good story line, well amazing movie anyway.

Pride And Glory. 7/10 And of course, Edward Norton never fails, real good acting, could be a bit confusing in the begining thou, but generally its real good.

Just started watching it. I'm willing to give it a 7 before the intro is over.

Sometimes I just know I'll enjoy a movie. This seems to be one of those times.

Edit: Well... Not what I was expecting. It had plenty of cheese, but the better kind. I was expecting something different, serves me right for skipping the description. Just saw Vin Diesel and went for it.

Good film... kinda like Forrest Gump meets Big Fish, but not quite as good.

Young Guns - 6/10 - Used to think this was a masterpiece when I was a kid but watching it for like the first time in almost 20 years I just don't get the Billy the Kid character and a lot of other things in the movie just sorta bugged me.

I just saw The Untouchables on Bluray. Amazing to see a movie like that in in HD. THe filmphotography is just great.
