The Wrestler - 7/10

Good movie over all, but i felt a bit unpleased afterwards. The usual Aronofsky touch of misery, reality and raw photography.

Back to School - 4/10

Decided to watch some old Rodney Dangerfield (RIP) after i saw an interview with him on Howard Stern.

Wallace and Gromit in 'A Matter of Loaf and Death' (2008) *** 6/10 - Nice animation has usual, but weak plot.

Cadillac Records (2008) *** 6.5/10 - Nice performances from all cast, but the plot its pretty "we have see it all before".

Burn After Reading (2008) **** 8/10 - Awesome characters and completely crazy plot... love it.

Gran Torino (2008) **** 7/10 - Really nice movie, very entertaining and funny, i just didn't think the ending was very plausible, but still a very nice afford from Eastwood.

The Wrestler (2008) *** 6/10 - I think the fact that i don't like wrestling didn't help, but i really didn't see anything special with this movie, apart from the awesome performances the plot was way to basic Cinderella Man like, the all daughter subplot was way too clich�.

Revolutionary Road (2008) *** 6.5/10 - I kind like the plot, and i was really into the movie, but it left me thinking that it could be so much better, the performances are great and the photography and direction are really nice too.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - 8/10

Was a very good film with strong acting, sensitive story-telling and very nice filming. It got better and better really. Always love Blanchett's performances
