I was asked a similar question on a hike once, but the choices were only Flight and Inivs, I chose invis then too (because let's face it, it would be really cool) and it was explained to me that the choices meant as follows:
Invis = secure with dark side
Flight = insecure with dark side (valid with two choices only)
But moreover the point was when prompted with the question of "would you like to be a super hero?" the answer is a resounding "yes I would like super-powers" but almost nobody wants to fly to go redirect mal-aimed rockets or anything like that. Having the other choices is a good way to mix it up, but I'm not suprised that flight and invis are most popular.
Also, to defend invis, there are two types of night vision, light amplification and IR, light amplification is by far the most popular and would not see invis people, and depending on the super power you can think of IR as just being another type of light that would pass through the person, while they emit none of their own.
having the ability to breathe under water would have been awesome considering the fact that 70% of the face of the earth is covered with water - and the fact that we know more about outer space than what's on the ocean floor

Of the "standard" superhero abilities; I would have chosen Invisibility or To fly, but of these choices, it would OF COURSE be to Seduce Any Woman!!!

I have chosen the ability to fly - just think of various travel opportunities - all world is yours . You can also make $$ with dis. (at first i was going to choose invis., it's phun, but no REAL use, you could always get detected by IR sensors,etc ). ).
The ability to seduce any woman = you will get used to it and your interest will eventually decrease to 0.
No bodily need to sleep - nooo, i want to see dreams
Super-Strength = well... childish i think

invisibility has some glitches... for example runing naked when its cold is not one of the best things man can do... and when you finally get bored of being invisible how would you return to normal state? naked? huh
i chose "no need for sleep", but keep in mind that it's "no need", NOT "you cannot" so dreams and occasional nap is ok i guess :>
but best of all super-powers is controlling time. ahh, me sad... :/

I am already virtually invisible (ok. so a handful have actually seen me.)
I already have the woman I want (I hope I can keep her forever)
Sleeping is a real waste of time but it feels damn good to go to sleep when you are really tired.
Flying would be really fun and quite useful too. I'd fly superman-style.. fast as heck. do all that travelling...
