Well I looked at this way:
Invisible->you could accidentally get run over, shot, hit etc
Super Strength->what if you download some really REALLY good pr0n, and get a little carried away then *accidentally* hurt yourself.
Ability to seduce any woman->what if you seduce Super Strength guy's lady and he just crushes you to a pulp?
Breathing underwater->yay!swim to deep and get the bends coming up to fast, or get attacked by something bigger than you?
No need to sleep-> nope, could never do it, I LOVE a good nap.... Man that Andy Capp had something goin there.
Ability to fly-> My choice cause I could get a cape and possibly a utility belt and look super cool(yeah, TB Logo courtesy of Pethron on the cape too )

Invisibility is best of all, because it is the only one of choices money can't buy. If I'm invisible, I can steal really good and get a lot of money. So I can buy myself a jet to fly, an energy drink to stay awake, a submarine to travel underwater, night vision googles to see in dark. Money also helps indiretly to seduce women. Strength... you don't need any when you have everything else!

I think "no need to sleep" is kind of useless. So what if you don't need to sleep, the whole world still need to. You can't go anywhere because every places is closed and it is dark outside. You can't do anything with anyone because everyone is sleeping. So you will probably end up staying awake by yourself while everyone is sleeping. Unless you have A LOT of things to do and you don't want to waste your time sleeping. If not, you might as well sleep when everyone is sleeping.
if you had super strength you wouldn't need to have power to seduce ladies, well if you were decent looking. I know you could get enough hot young girls ready to please you after picking up a building.
