This is what I have been seeing so far in the 12 hours I have had my OVH server. When you download you see bytes. There are 8 bits per byte. So a 100 megabit line would yield a theoretical maximum of 12.5 megabytes/sec. CC or PayPal reveals your identity. No, there is no problem with IP addresses. OVH gives unique IPs to their servers. How else would they run a hosting company? What would you think if you tried to go to a site about werewolves and ended up on a site about tutus? It takes a lot more than a good question to offend me. I couldn't say anything about the shared servers. They really aren't good for seedboxes if you want the best bang-for-buck. If you just want to be cheap they're fine, but if you can afford a dedicated server, by all means, go for it. lol. OK, then. You use that account. I doubt they'll care about your address.
