need help finding a music video

dont know the band name
its alt-rock, fall out boy'ish but a little heavier
all i know is in the video:
white room, whole band in there (could be light grey room)
theres a large fan behind the camera (things like paper n shit go flying around)
at one point i know the singer throws the mic behind him while he falls backward.
