I don't have a clip or anything, but i do remember the music video of a pretty old song.

The musicvideo has this teddybear acting all lawyery smoking hotdogs and stuff, and he gets some papers to sign in which he changes his signature to something more simpler everytime.

Quite unique style, he speeds up in the first verse, both the beat and his rapping. Second verse slows down.
It's 8bit animated IIRC. Starts with him riding a bike, then picks up items and upgrades his "rides" Nintendo 8-bit style
