Since i dont have photoshop on my puter and kinda lack the skills with it also, i was wondering if somebody could make me an avatar based on the pic below?

I'd like it to have my nick "stamped" in there somewhere.... like what you see in movies on envelopes that are [TOP SECRET]

and maybe some effects to make it look a bit dirtier.. maybe, if it looks good :lol:
