the original designer that has made this picture has done a wonderfull job

the avatars i use are on a php script that a friend on this site helped me put together.

1- Removing TB bar, the squares are just awesome

Perhaps resize to to 150x is good idea as well, as the site requires,

Yeah better just crop the banner or complete the above space with more squares, and make it totally non rotated
