It really depends on the type of avatar someone wants....for something as popular as latex I knew there would be some good/easy to find ones on deviant art. For odd requests I usually start off with google images and use that to find more specific sites with similar pictures.

Edit:KW33D that simple border you put on, is that something u have downloaded?(like the brushes) because i cant find anything like that in photoshop

Actually it's something anyone can do with photoshop.
Create a new layer, fill with any color, set the "layer fill" to 0% (under opacity), create a new layer style - stroke.....
Under stroke adjust these settings: Position - Inside, Blend Mode - Overlay, and set the Color somewhere between white and black depending upon the image. Of course play with the size as well, I usually use 3 or 4.

If you want to create an inside line around the overlay you can repeat the steps above except after you fill you select all, contract selection by 3, inverse, delete. Then follow the above steps except no overlay is needed.

Once you get it down it is very easy to create an action to do them for you on the press of a button.

Hmm, to be honest, I didn't really like these... they feel too... modern, or specific... Can't really find the word to describe them. The one you made back then has that 'undisclosed' feeling about it (and being slightly unreal / magical / strange). Plus the faces these times are... well, 2 seem to be womens faces, one just has cat eyes, and one has a 'surprised' face... the one in the top right has an interesting face (dark / gritty / mean), but the surrounding is less interesting IMHO...

Still, thanks a lot for the effort! Quality wise, they're awesome as usual.

In other words: don't mind me, I'm being my usual grumpy self again. :-/
