So let me get this right. Only time you CAN play when there is actually players online is week days prime time?
So its like from 17:30-21:00 because after 21 kids goes to bed and population goes away and before 17:30 kids are at school. And weekends is a big NONO because the kids has to go to grand ma or be out seeling cookies?

Well thanks for the information but it looks like its either blizzards servers or no servers at all

I was an Alliance on the Ahn'Qiraj-EU server. But I had no life at all. I was crazy about the game. I was my guild's raid leader and stuff.. I played +8 hours a day. I was a mess. I quit about 5 months ago and I'm clean since then. WoW is dangerous!!!
