No read my post again. The nerf on the affliction warlocks scales with the equipment making destruction more attractive once you get to higher lvls and get better gear.
Do you understand?

Soulfire has a 6 seconds cast time not 10 seconds. And with the nerf now it makes soulfire useless for desto locks with good equipment and the long cast time makes it almost useless for the other speccs aswell. Before the nerf it was pretty good. Maybe a little bit to good.
Do you understand so far?

Has anyone killed Gothik The Harvester here?? My guild finally killed Thaddius and Loatheb so we gonna try him tomorrow. Any tips would be appreciated.

wow on my entire post you choose to quote one line! Destruction have always been a good pvp build for warlocks. Back before warlocks had its buff this became viable for doing good dmg. Unfortinally blizzard/vivendi is forcing em warlocks to respecc from affliction. Affliction have always been less mana consuming (have you ever even tried pveing with destro) but hey they nerfed that now!

ANd my bad with the castingtime, still 6 sec is a long long time for doing dmg. And with the recent fearnerf its pretty usless if you have a rogue with sprint and a dagger with 11billion dps =/

do you know what you talking about so far?

Yeah my guild (The Alterac Deviants on Genjuros) have killed him, but I can't really give you any good advice since it was such a long time ago we even was in Naxxramas (Focusing on the launch of TBC).

I'd say make sure your priests know what they're doing with the shackling and make sure you're fast enough to dps the targets he spawn. Because once you get him on the floor, he's easy. He got what, around 250000hp only.

Tried Gothik tonight. Got him to land few times, but dead side was keep getting over run. I think we just need a lil more healers there.
