It's kinda hard work, you need to first turn in Wool, Silk and Mageweave.. Then you can turn in runecloth, and i don't know the exact number on how many. But you need MANY. Quests that are turned in give reputation with the house from which the recieving NPC is; iow, if you turn in a quest to a Tauren from Thunder Bluff - you will gain 25-100 reputation with Thunder Bluff. 25-100 depending on the difference between your lvl and the lvl of the quest. That's what I've gathered in my exaltation quest sofar.
