I've got a pretty good feeling that I'm not going to level anything new for a LONG time. After the patch I have been leveling my shaman 9 levels without sitting doing with dedication. It's easy, rewarding and refreshing to do the new quests, but the ''balancing'' with spells that are beneath level 69 feel grossly nerfed. At level 53, Healing Surge isn't even close to as powerful as it was at level 43 (several hundred points under). It's not all bad, though. it's now ''challenging'' to heal in instances. I have to conserve mana, use Healing Wave instead of Healing Surge, and after mildly heavy pulls I am forced to MB. I might even have to use cooldowns and potions on bosses as they all have 50k-70k healthpoints now.
