The logo is a logo for a reason. Changing it would change the identity of the site.
You don't see Nike or McDonalds ditching theirs do you?
I would say we're the Nike of torrent sites.

My opinion is that a removal of the zipper would be enough though.
This is to make the point clear, that TB have evolved into a site of it's own, and not just a Tbits clone (although this is the closest thing to tbits)
I agree with GeirS, I PMed Pethron so he could post a version without the zipper

Thats one weird idea really weird, out of all the torrent sites tb has the best logo, the one that identifies them as tb this should not be changed! it rules! maybe a version without the zip would do but dont take away the rest the cubes are great for making other tb related things too like 3d stuff and avatars thats why the cubes are so great!

I dont know y.... coz you got the .psd from me so just remove the "zipper-layer" and you have another logo not "connected" to tb.org

I totally agree with GeirS, TorrentBytes is much more than just a TorrentBits clone - the logo's outdated and should go.

Yes, and especially since the site is now 47 weeks old, what a better time to brand ourselves....
Sorry, but since we didn't do it out of the gate, this logo is ours, and will forever be ours.
You may change the logo (which would be silly) but people will still indentify the site with the current logo.
Hoestly, if no one was happy, speaking up 47 weeks later, I'd be like "sorry, you had your chance at week 1-4. Now that's our logo, for now, until death"
