Well...it checks for the disc ...and then tells me to insert PoP T2T disc into another drive...well i mounted the image on other drives...but srill same problem...WHat am i supposed to do...i wanna play...waaaah!!!!

Starforce will burn in hell ne day...and that day we will rejoice!!!

For now...pls help me.

It is at the part right after Faara see's your a sandmonster and then you save at the fountain (your human)

I got this really annoying problem.
All the videos starts to hang, and lag and chop etc.
It can take several second before the video catches up,
and the lag might come right again after it catches up...

Anyone knows anything about this?
I read back quite some pages,
but only found one with same problem,
and no solution.

I think it's related to the bik files not playing
properly, but how on earth can i do something about it...

Pls help, im going crazy :crazy:

Unfortunatly, it didn't seem to have any impact on my pc.

A new gfx is in it's mail, and then i will reinstall windows,
so im hoping it will work then.

I even tried removing the video files (bik)
from the video folder, but it seems the game
loads the vids from the mounted image anyway.
I also tried mounting it from the other harddrive,
with no impact. Even tried moving and changing
pagefile. Defragged,and no extra processes running.
Nada. It even starts to studder at the exact same point
every time.

Im also suspecting it might be some sort of codec
conflict, but i can't seem to figure out how to check that...

Oh well... God just doesn't like me i guess...

edit:
I just tried playing the files with the Bink external player (radtools)
and they played all just fine, without any problem.
Weird...

Can anyone confirm the new ForceWare drivers fix the Dual Core + GF7800GT(X) problems?

I'd like to try myself, but I'm not @ home

lol. its kinda sad that it has ended. they pulled it off well though imo.
i would have liked to seen a "next-gen" type of POP game. that would have been cool.

Maybe Farah will become pregnant.........and spawn a sands of time infested son!!!
