OMG how could I've missed these forums, good to see an active forum on a torrent site for once!

However, I've for aaaaaaages tried to ID this girls but I've never come across who she is.

Does anyone have the slighest clue who she could be or anything at all?

I found that clip over at Empornium now, but neither me or some of the other dudes who commented that torrent seems to know who she is.
The uploader says though; "As far as I can make out, it's from a Seymore Butts feature from 1992.", dunno if that can be at any help though.
