Not sure what it does but I am guessing it limits the frame rate to a set number?? I guess it stops my PC from running at 100fps and dropping to 40-50 when stuff comes on screen giving the apearance of lagg due to slow down.....?  Anyway I am pretty happy now. I have ALL on MAX including antistropic filtering and it runs real nice. But now I have a NEW problem !! My car is always pulling to the left (Wirelless Saitek USB pad) Not just slightly but a HUGE amount. Making it nearly impossible to drive. Strange thing is that the car pulls to the left even if I take the battery out of the controller and use the Keys?? WTF? I even disabled damage in the options as I thought it may be an effect of a damaged car but it still pulls. I see no way to calibrate the controller and no other games seem to have this problem ! HELP ! Yeah, saitek gamepads really suck ass. I have one to, the p2500 and it also pulls to the left. The right thumb stick is screwed as well, I wanted to use it as throttle but it never reaches maximum. And in the settings menu for the pad it's impossible to calibrate the damn thing. Saitek is so confident in their own crap that they think their pads don't need calibrating. BUT THEY DO, the thumbsticks are never aligned correctly. The only thing I can think of, is uninstalling your Saitek software and calibrating the thing using Windows game input settings. Only disadvantage is you won't have force feedback or those function keys. Best thing to do is buy Logitech stuff, either the momo wheel or a good logitech gamepad. #458325 by cooza1981 (Power User) at 2005-11-19 13:25:33 (7 years ago) - [Report] I have a problem....
