hehe i got a wingman formula with force feedback... but i never liked the steering wheel in the nfs games.. so i think i will play this one with the keybord or my gamepad!

Will the graphics be alot better in xbox360? if the graphic is the same as on pc its crap

Well, why would the graphics improve alot from pc-version to xbox360 version, since todays pc can easily do same, or even better graphics than xbox 360 in the early stages.

I guess xb360 graphics will look pretty much the same as pc-version... the thing that makes it that way is because the game is coming to PS2 and XBOX too, they are huge ass graphical quality droppers.
