God fucking damn this wanted level system sucks!
Like wtf, I just played ~40min and what do I get? ~10 000$ fine.

The think is, I need ~100 000 of those points you get when the police is chasing you. So I get police to pursuit me and do everything to get more points. Until wanted lvl 3 everything is fine but when I hit lvl 4, all hell breaks loose. A police helicopter comes to aid, there are 10-20 cop cars chasing you, those damn S.U.V:s keep coming from the opposite direction crashing into me all the time, theres roadblocks and those damn stinger spike systems like one every 2km etc. etc.

I tried it 2 times, both took about 20min times and when I was busted, I had like 600 000 points, even though I had been trying to stop the chase after 100 000. And that was after like 9 minutes, so in other words it took me 9 minutes to get to 100 000 points even when I was trying to get points and then it took me 11 minutes to get 500 000 even when I WASN'T trying to get points. And I think that SUCKS, god damn EA..

I'm #9 currently and I haven't been busted ONCE during the whole game. :hmmm:

i'm #6 and been busted once, its not hard to stay away, just stay around crash breakers, once you want to finish, hit one, if you dont lose em hit another then go to a hidout spot, and heli's arent very fast so its no big deal. hide under buildings they cant see you. here is by great car so far:

HOHO I FINALLY GOT AWAY FROM A LVL 4 PURSUIT! Got ~400 000 points

The way to do it: MOTORWAY

Yes, even though it wouldn't work in a real life, it works in Most Wanted.
When you need to escape the police, get to a motorway, drive around it (of course it has to be a motorway which you can drive around) as fast as you can (~300km/h) and eventually the police will loose you. When they do, keep on going for a while (~5km) and then start driving slowly and watch that police radar!

If the police helicopter is there, just keep driving until it leaves, it usually keeps following you 1-2 minute(s) and then leaves (low on gas etc.?). You might need to drive around the whole motorway couple times before you can loose them, but just keep driving and keep driving fast.

when you get busted hit Ctrl + TAB, then Ctrl + Alt + Delete than click on Processes then click un speed.exe and END!!! when you load next time your career, it will be like you haven't been busted that time!!! don't give your car to cops!!!

and, I'm number 7 on blacklist and i can easily lose cops on lvl4 chase...

i downloaded Need.For.Speed.Most.Wanted.CD.Version.Alcohol.Clone-ST0N3D but when i installed and mounted cd 1 so i could play the game it says "insert correct CD-ROM".i've tried both daemon tools and Alcohol 120% but i still cant play. i read most of the comments for the specific file and some ppl say that you should use sd4hide if you have the same prob as mine. the problem is that i can't find the program. is there any way i can play nfs mw?

the copter tried to crash into me and it got the trailer and it went flying into the roadblock ahead wiping out all the cars in it
