Anyone else getting busted all the time?
The milestones when you're at Blacklist 6 and up are insanely hard to escape from the cops, at least for me.

are all the pink slips in the same order for everyone or do they get picked at random?

can't remember the race no#

the race where you take on the Caymen (thinks its around 10th'ish) someone try the 3rd question mark choice and see if you get the pink slip...

the Evolution that you have to race after(might be 2 rounds after the Caymen), pick the middle question mark..

^^ thats where they was for me if that helps anyone out... If there the same for everyone we might be able to help people out a little :whistle:

Yer I noticed this straight off....quite stupid catch up system they have.....at one point I completely spun out after smashing into 2 semis at 280km/p/hr only to see my competitor burn away....strangely enough I caught up so quick and when I got to them they were going so slow...same thing for when u are miles in front.

Yeah! That's why i say they got the racing spirit out of the game. No matter how your ride is tuned (high or low), the computer will always be on your tail. When u crash, the computer just slows down and lets u catch him.
There's no thing as u having a normal lap time of 1 minute on a given track and the computer wins coz he does it on 56 secs average. The computer seems to adapt to the race u are doing, like the car u and him are driving doesn't matter.

Bah, the game just sucks.
It's got EA's finger all over it, like FIFA and all other titles that look really nice, have a lot of features and stuff you can do, but on playability, they just loose to the competition.

Stopped playing at around 30%... Now playing The Movies.

:rolleyes: is this too hard for you guys? :-P i think the catch thingy is fair! cuz you dont want to overlap your opponents! if it were like that there would be no fun and everyone would finish the game in days.
if there was no catch system then i think the game would not be as much fun

If you're skilled enough, you deserve to beat the opponents easily. Should F1 cars include some computer chip that slows them down if there's a chance someone can win "too easily"?

This system is unfair and makes good driving pointless. Not to mention it causes some silly moments, anyone else had opponents suddenly stop completely when they are ahead of you?

And the only reason we have to deal with it, is that EA doesn't have the resources/skills to produce proper AI. I would gladly trade this system to harder opponents, if they would really drive well instead of just magically appearing right behind you no matter how well you drive.

Yea I've noticed, they slow down dramatically if they are ahead of you and there's like one car coming in their direction.. :hmmm:
