Guess you're right, but the bad thing about it is that it's hella slow! ..atleast when it's a high resolution, atleast on my old hag of a pc :-P

I liked the old days, when you could get good quality episodes of Naruto without bein' h264 and still highly watchable and much appreciated by everyone.

They should make som exceptions from old pc's nowadays, -as if I can afford a new one now... Gash! Bring the old stuff, who cares if it's an awesome quality to the resolution? teh anime could be crap anyway, it's the story I'm after ;-)

Rather have "ok-quality" and a smashing plot.. than an "awesome resolution so-I-can-see-their-fart-clouds-in-the-background" (or fart-steam if ya want) with crap characters, environment and everythin'! I'd order the tasty story on my menu anyway.. that'd make my day or year/part of a lifetime/whatever...

I have not seen anything subbed by Makoto, but they have rather bad rathing on anidb (6.82 (4 votes))... not that it says that much...

You don't have to be a member to download, cause when you press the little "download-arrow" to the right, it's just a link to the subbers own torrent and tracker

BoxTorrent has its own tracker, just like TorrentBytes

..'cause you linked the download site for "The Skull Man" episodes when you were talkin about a good anime with great quality. So basically I just draw the conclusion that you meant that The Skull Man is the anime that has a great plot and quality and asked if you meant that.

edit: baka-updates is great.. you see when there's new series

I use the RSS-feed and check once a day for new anime. This way I don't need to check every subbers own tracker!

Another nice anime is 'Basilisk'. It's not really samurai.. maybe more ninja like

but still good if u like those close combats with swords & all...

I've recently downloaded Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto which seems very nice. But haven't seen it yet
It's samurai historical genre.

For the ones who saw Rurouni Kenshin and liked it can check out this anime: Peace Maker Kurogane
This is more the otherside of the story, maybe u remember Kenshin fighting against the shinsengumi, here another boy wants to join shinsengumi.. Also some historical things involved.. always nice to see another side of the war

I've just finished watching Bakumatsu, and it wasnt as good as I thought it would be. It's really really slow, and there's too much history and no explanation. Feels like history class, but without understanding anything at all...

But it's really nice drawn

Great surroundings and character, but the story... :-/

Alrighty Baka-Updates seems well nice, but how do I use that RSS-feed? :hmmm:

If ya guys haven't watched Hunter x Hunter.. ya should.. can read some of my reviews of anime on my profile! Got the review of that anime aswell!
For those that have watched, don't ya just agree that Naruto must be influenced alot of Hunter x Hunter?... or maybe they just happened to come out on the japanese tellie (tv) at the same time? Been wonderin' about this for a while!
Probably alot of anime's have these fightin' scenes, but they have some similar features.

I dont judge after the characters. I mean Naruto has lots of exams, f*kken-ownage "aura", real life time... naruto has ninjas and shit, HxH has hunters. And when i watch Naruto it feels very HxH over it.
Can keep on this forever so i stop here ^^

And like Lithium said, the characters are similar as well.

The weird thing is that according to anidb it should have had aired.

I just finished watching Samurai Champloo, it was good. Unusual with rap and hiphop

Now I started watching Shaman King. Kinda feels like Pokemon

But my friend said it was going to get better. So I will keep watching atleast to episode 10.
