Black lagoon season 2 has ended.
Same with Black Blood Brothers (season 1 has ended).

Dont know if they will continue with any of them but i hope so

Is it only me who tinks that there's something missing at tb right now? Thats right, there's no real animeuploader anymore

Where has AJMouse and Lysin gone?

There's a great lack in both batches and weekly eps... Is there anyone out there that can carry the weight of animeuploader on their shoulders (someone with good upspeed).

In terms of video quality, SD > DB. They're faster aswell so I might watch their subs from now on.

it's probably just because last week was 2 eps and additionally required new opening and ending sequences to be translated/karaoked

Hey all

So yeah I quit uploading like 2 months ago now. I'm trying lose some weight! I've been on an extreme diet and sporting 5 days a week.

My day is as follows:
6:45 wake up
7:41 get train to Amsterdam
9:00 arrive in Amsterdam, start working
17:00 done working
17:28 miss the train back home
17.43 get the train back home
18:50 arrive home... eat fast
19:15 go sporting
21:15 done sporting and showering
21:15 - 22:30 free time.

That means I have an average of 1 (fat) hour of watching anime, series, movies, playing games, etc. etc.

The stress of uploading is higher as well if I would have continued! Imagine sitting at work, knowing that you missed the latest Naruto because it was uploaded to the Distro people 2 minutes after you leave for the train!!! Stressfulllll!!!

Neway, that's why I have quit. I was very sorry to do so, and the Anime uploads (sorry uploaders) are slow and not a lot. Many of the good series we were following here aren't being uploaded anymore, or by the right subgroups. I know, other uploaders also have real lifes, and uploading anime is quite a bit more 'paying attention' work than other upload work. If you're uploading normal releases, you can get it fxp'ed to you by a supplier or get it yourself, just get some random stuff of your sites to upload here. With anime, you have to keep track of every IRC distro channel you're in, including keeping in contact with the people of the subgroups so that they keep liking you

Also you need to keep track of what series 'we're following' and by what subgroup the lot of you prefere to get it.

Anime people are the most grateful of all people here at TB I think. We always had a lot of thank you's and such in all the Anime uploads. Doing the packs was also great work. I'm very sorry that I am not the one who brought you Naruto Shippuuden before anyone else could, or at least early with a great speed in kb/sec. Ah well. It is as it is.

When I quit I was quite sure you would notice me stopping, cause even though I asked for the next uploader (whoever it would be) to keep my layout (filename, series, episode nr., episode title, more info link) without the mousenote. Also the mousenote dissapeared. I planned to post something on the forum about me taking my leave as an uploader, but I postphoned it and it just never happened. You know how these things go.

Anyway, it has nothing to do with Death Note being licenced.. it's just lack of interest of uploaders (who are to busy bringing you other great stuff).

When I lose enough weight, I will most likely consider my return. I love uploading and I loved all the grattitude. You're great. However, this is far away, most likely till summer (unless I get fired - prob. not), so be patient. I hope most of you will still be here, and remember me then

Anyway sorry for not letting you know what was going on. If you want to know wether or not I uploaded something, it has a "mousenote" underneath it - if it doesn't have that, I didn't upload it. Chances are Lysin didn't upload it either - I don't know.

damn.. yeah, I agree with ya AJ, damn stressfull days you've got there, can't say I demand of ya to upload when you hardly have time. But thanks for all the uploads you managed to give us! It was well appreciated, atleast for me...
Well hope ya can somehow sort out the stress so you can get more freetime, you haven't thought of acctually moving to Amsterdam instead? wouldn't that be alot easier?

(and I'd bet you'd get alot of freetime by living next to work, but maybe the appartments are expensive in Amsterdam.. not sure).

Anyway, thanks for some answers and see ya around mate! 'cause you'll still be around at TB eh? :sneaky:
