Is Manga allowed to be upped on TB's?

Manga is never 100% but its usually decent enough to read n stuff.

Was asking cuz some times manga brings more to life on what anime leaves out, and some times goes in a diffrent direction all together.

@Fitpappa: Are you downloading the [a-l] Fansub of Ping Pong? And Make sure you dont watch it in front of parents or siblings. You will not see anything Funnier for a long long time :o)

Yes indeed I am, and even if my parents would see it they wouldnt understand anything. And still, I'm old enough to have my own life but since I still live at home so..

Monster
School Rumble

These anime has boh been given a god rating wherever i look! have any of these been released on TB before and to people who have watched them, what do you think about these series???

For those of you who know Naruto, I have a question.

I have read that after episode 135 the "filler" episodes starts.
What are these filler episodes? What makes them filler episode?

Filler Episodes are episodes that are not in the manga. Everything you see in the fillers are made up by the people making the anime in most cases to give the manga time to get ahead of the anime. So what are these filler eps? Non Manga Episodes. What makes them Filler? Because they serve as filling between the Manga Stories.

@ Christoffer : Getbackers is indeed great but its downfall is the fillers so if you don't want to hate yourself and the series just watch the last 7 episodes ( these are the continuation to the mugenjou arc , although i hear the story continues beyond that in the manga ) the rest are crap ...
P.S : there's actually a small 5 episode arc in the middle that was kind of good but i dont remember which episodes

Thanks for the tip, it's a great series.

But as far as I know they are at episode 38 now.. So they havn't finished it.

AJMouse only uploaded that 5ep batch so that he could make it a weekly updated anime

According to AniDB Black Lagoon has got 12 ep's, so it isn't that much.
Fun anime with insane action, but lacks story, character and i think that the last 2 ep's was kinda weird, but it was action
