In regards to the last naruto episode. Stuff like showing him gathering the animal army. Is that sort of thing in the manga? Or was it something like a half filler?

It's more of a teaser than a spoiler staren, and I figure with Bleach animation coming to an end in a couple of weeks some people might want to know what to look forward to in the manga in case the animators pick it up later on.

Well, apparently there's a growing contigent of people online that think Bleach being cancelled is a huge April Fool's Day prank. Why? Gintama is also being cancelled as of March 26.

And these 2 powerhouse series, which are simulcast worldwide btw, are being replaced with the ultimate in mediocrity.
Bleach is being replaced with Rock Lee's Springtime of Youth and Gintama is being replaced with Gon the Dinosaur.

So yeah, possible April Fool's Day joke and maybe not. Wait to see if there's a preview in next week's Gintama and Bleach for the following week's. Then again there's supposedly a Bleach on April 3, but who knows for sure.

Watching the new episode of Bleach and, damn, someone decided to up the quality by a mile. Kind of just following it "because I might as well" at the moment, but this made me really glad I did. Some of the highest quality scenes I've seen in any anime for quite a while. Ironically I thought this week's One Piece was silly poorly drawn despite the, imo, great script they've got going.

So i'm near the start of watching the G8 arc in One Piece and i'm kinda starting to get really annoyed/bored with Nami's constant naysaying and generally being a nagging slag. Will she become a more enjoyable character or am i constantly gonna be face palming when she's on screen?

That's anime for you! (SHOUNEN) Somewhere around episode 490 the story was said to be halfway trough. So I am guessing we won't see the end of One Piece for many years.

Episode 325 weighs heavily on the upcoming saga post Thriller Bark Arc. While I personally disliked that arc as a whole, I liked parts of it. Introduction of at least one key character and some clues for post Whitebeard Saga.

The Whitebeard War Saga is basically 3 arcs for the price of 1 giant saga. Much like the CP9 Saga was 3 small arcs: Water 7, Rocketman chasing Puffing Tom ultra-mini arc, Enies Lobby Arc. The Whitebeard Saga is Saobody Archipelago Arc, Impel Down Arc, Marineford Arc which are needed to progress the characters and the overall story. After that there's a timeskip and the Strawhat crew is off to the New World on the Red Line starting with Fishman Island. The manga is up to, currently, chapter 662 with no end in sight. If the series ends before 1200 chapters I'll be shocked because the Blackbeard War Saga, which is sure to come, will probably be comprised of 5 arcs or more.

Have anyone dared(spelling?) watch the Lee anime?
Or perhaps someone has read it? A friend told me there was a manga as well.

I will definitively look into Zetman.

I finished watching katanagatari this weekend. I guess most people here have seen it already, if not try it out! I really liked it.

Edit: Are they doing a half long recap of all naruto episodes as fillers? Sigh.. Guess it'll be a few weeks until it'll return then I guess...
