Rewatching Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

Watched about half of it when it released, but never finished. The animation in this one is AMAZING!!! the mechs look original and it mixes comedy and drama very well.
12 episodes in and I'm loving it

Yea, TTGL is one of the best shows out there, hands down.

I'd recommend watching Gurren-hen and Lagann-hen.
It's the movies of the whole series (first and second half respectively)with better animation, and ofcourse some scenes cut out, but also some new ones.

I finished watching Black Lagoon this weekend after being recommended it by a couple of ppl. But I don't understand why ppl like this series, sure the gore is nice and all but there is no real plot whatsoever. Except for the last five episodes which had a nice little story and they spoke some english that were hilarious. But overall, kinda crappy imo.

What did you all think about it?

I also started watching Fairy Tail after the recommendation from Snuffsis, and I like it! It's pretty funny! Seen a bit more than 20 eps and will continue watching.

I guess i never noticed it over how bad everything else is. Fairy tale is so bad, its makes bleach look awesome. But thats just my opinion.

It's Fairy Tail! not Tale.

But well, some people like magic, some people like guns etc etc.
Fairy Tail has as much of a real plot as Black Lagoon has. Neither of the show are particlarly any good in that regard when compared to Death Note or Code Geass though.

Nothing wrong with Black Lagoon. One of the best Animes. Though i can understand it's not for everyone.

As for Fairy Tail it's awesome! Only negative i really heard about it from manga fans is that they've made the anime more cutesie.

Id recommend you watch Tiger & Bunny, Deadman Wonderland, SKET Dance, S5 of Gintama, Blue Exorcist(airs today on crunchy). There's plenty of shows starting now. It's hard to keep track of them all. But seems to be the best seasson in a while.

Deadman Wonderland isnt subed by any of the decent groups because it's simulcasted on crunchyroll.
Blue Exorcist is subed by GG. Just serach for GG Subs on google and you'll find their page.

Also i recommend crunchy if you watch series like Fairy Tail, Bleach and Naruto. Premium is really really cheap and defenetly within the budget for anyone.
