Ah thanks for those Pitje, those were on my short list

. Still have to watch them though. I quit halfway the first ep of darker than black... It just seems so generic, not really worth the time it seems.

well its been 450+ episodes and there are almost no fillers episodes till now, so even if there are some fillers now, i am not complaining.

I wonder if the anime of OP will do the same stuff Naruto did.

I mean filling the timegap in the manga (2 Years i think) with filler. Just like Naruto when the 3 years break came.

There have been a lot of non-filler episodes since then. The fillers just started again since 180 I think. You still have a lot of good episodes to look forward to.

i was shocked, speechless, retarded when the scene between him and garp was about to end, declaring his own grandson as his enemy.

that's some brilliant writer/animator/voice actor ... just too much for me to handle, been repeating the scene for like 3 days now since the release of the episode whenever possible.

Any idea where the manga is going after this?! i want spoilers, wouldn't mind them, as i tried following their manga, thought it was different than naruto's and bleach's in a way that didn't allow me to continue reading i guess.

A bit detailed:-

Ace is killed by Akinau, Blackbeard appears with his new crew from Lvl 6 Impel Down prisoners, BB goes after WB, but WB pwns BB, WB is killed by BB's crew, shorly after BB somehow through his darkness fruit absorbs WB power, Sengoku finally gets down to action.

Akinau and Kizaru focus on killing off a unconscious Luffy, who is surprisingly saved by Trafalgar Law supernova, still they face heavy resistance with the Admirals, coby goes bat shit crazy and rants to stop fighting, buying some valuable seconds. Just as Akinau is about to kill of Coby, Shanks appears with his crew and stops the war. Luffy wakes up some time later, angry and sad. Then we go into flashback on Ace and Luffy, where another Important character Sabo is shown. The three pledged to be brothers, sabo is later killed off by Tenryubito's, or so it seems. But i believe he is too important to be killed off.

Luffy sends out a message to all the Strawhats to re unite after 2 years, while he trains with none other than Dark King Rayleigh (BADASS), Zoro trains with Mihawk, Sanji trains with Okama King (or queen) Iva.

Time skip, they meet up at sabondy, wherethe Pacifistas try to stop em, Luffy destroys the Pacifistas with a one hit haki punch. And now they have strated their journey to Fishmen Island

Not really far, when you compare em to the likes of Bleach and Naruto, probably a gap of 50 episodes.

No idea, from what I read they'll release it as OVAs.

And I think they'll start from the beginning and include the Hawks-arc in it. At least I saw some scenes from that in the trailers.
