i just got round to watching ghost in the shell 1st movie, been years since i seen

i now remember how bad it was, as most anime films, story messed up but looks nice. showing a teenager the film showed what it is like. no explanationn to what happening then ends silly

ill skip the tv show then

when will they learn!!!

Do yourself a favor and watch the first series, it's a different thing. Hopefully you share the feeling of high disgust towards american dubs and you're using subs

I've always stayed very very very far away from One Piece. Seems to be getting a fairly good rep from all you lovely TB folks though so perhaps i might have a peak at it.

If your kid is under 17 I would not recommend watching Mnemosyne with him. There is quite alot of nudity and S&M.

excessive? Texhnolize and Mnemosine are both 18+ without debate. Black Lagoon is also 18+. Ergo Proxy is rated teen but i'd say he'd still have to be 17+ to understand it cause it's a difficult anime

Just because something is rated 18/adult doesn't necessarily mean that people under that age should not watch. When I was young I coped just fine with adult material. Age ratings can also be retarded, for example in the UK porn is 18+ to buy but you can have sex at 16. Personally I feel that 14+ should be able to watch whatever they want, and with the internet who can stop them.

I mean, it doesnt hurt to watch it, but should be done in moderation!
