I like anime, but I havn't watched too many shows. DB(+Z), Bleach, Naruto (+Shippuuden), Death Note and Detroit Metal City is about it

To all you Naruto lovers, I came across this.
Dattebayo to Drop Naruto Effective 1/15/2009

Long story short.
They will drop naruto 15.1.09, after ep 91, they say it's not a troll.
And the why they are dropping. Viz and Crunchyroll got their act together.
Viz will be offering streaming viewing of Naruto for free a week after it airs in Japan.
For some small fee, you can pay to see it the same day it airs in Japan over at Crunchyroll starting in January.

Maybe there will be some group who will steal the subs and release a better version. Like someone has been doing with Druaga no Tou and Blassreiter.
But chances are nobody else will touch it, so sorry to say, enjoy your crappy stream version.
And no, they did not drop Bleach.

Sad to hear that. But it will probably be for the better in the long run. The streams will surely suck at first, but I hope that it will be good in the future.

On a more serrious note: If something doesn't start happening in Bleach I'll go mad >.< For crying out loud, it takes them 5 episodes to move the story an inch! It's getting worse than DBZ after they arrived on Namek...

Haven't seen so many eps of Bleach. It was awesome when they first went to Soul Society, but when the Bount arc began I totally lost interest. Thinking of skipping those eps, but I will probably watch them anyway...

Actually, whenever they've said "this is not a trol", it hasn't been a troll, unless you see one of their infamous shortenings/fine printings in the bottom corner (which is preatty easy to make out if you just take a second look). Not to mention their news-feedback which they posted yesterday. They never post a news-feedback saying a troll is not a troll, thus it is 100 % certain that it is in fact not a troll.

did you guys know they are making another season of fullmetal Alchemist? all i can find out is that its apparently starting in april 2009 and is made by the same poeple that made the first series and the movie.

does anyone else have any information on this?
