Yes the sub quality on those are more than fine to watch. INP aren't any better at least. Wish Vegapunk where still subbing like they used to though..

The softsubs are totally watchable otherwise i wouldnt have uploaded them, and the subs are precise and the quality is fine so try it out

So the new season started.
Bounen no Xamdou and To Aru Majutsu no Index sparked my interest.
Also watched the few other series, but they didn't seem that good.
So what new series are my fellow anime fans in here watching?
Ok other than Gundam S2.

I'm about to start with Esca flowne and, if I can find it somewhere, Gundam 00 S2.
Ow and Twelve Kingdoms when I finaly got myself to buy it. Maybe some Death note and Texhnolyze while waiting.

If you liked Clannad you should watch Air and Kanon, made by the same company as Clannad.

Nozomu Eien is exceptionally good. I've rarely been so tensed in an anime as i've been while watching that one. It's a powerful anime

Nozomu Eien is one of the best ive seen since full metal. unlike a lot of the romantic animes the characters act in a realistic way and there are far less of those stupid moments where their brains disconnect. the dub is one of the best ive heard too if that makes any differece

thanks for the suggestions guys. im getting kannon at the mo and will look into the other ones.

edit, which is better out of Shuffel, Air and Ef? i dont have too much time on my hands these days and would rather watch the better ones first.

You should watch "Legend of Galactic Heroes" kinda old anime but its worth it. Its a Space Soap Opera , kind of

Belive me you wont notice the old animation after a few eps . OR well if you dont like that , then try "Bounen no Xamdou" pretty neat quality/story, reminds me of Eureka7 (but with better qual/story).

Evil dvd rippers is what I call them. They don't do translations, they either use the ones that come
with the dvd or some fansub translations.

As for the Gundam discussion. I'm not a big fan of mecha anime. Only seen few eps of 00 and that was because I wanted too see the Menclave's karaoke.
