IMO you don't have to watch bleach after the first story-arc.

quality of the show itself or image quality?

If its the show, i just have to slap you around a bit and say, what the fuck?

If its the image quality, i havent noticed a difference myself.

well, compare the first episodes fighting scenes from the animations/drawings point of view to the last ones and you'll see a huge difference, at least that's what i've noticed

Yea i've noticed a big difference in the amount of images they use in fighting scenes and all that stuff.
My best bet would be that their budget has been lowered, or animators have quit and been replaced with some sucky ones.

IIRC they outsource quite a lot of stuff. The main studio only deals with script and major stuff in the series. Of course can't find the thread where this was talked. But what I saw was that's how people knew that the fillers would start, when the image quality dropped.
Don't know if the eps are some fillers or what is happening in the series. Don't watch Bleach anymore.

There isn't the feel to it. It became quite boring.
Where is the good powering up. Like when Ichigo went to save Rukia and learned his bankai.
But I would not mind to see Yoruichi fighting with all she got. And showing how powerful she really is.
The same with Naruto, if they some day will make the Kakashi Gaiden. That I will watch.

I finished Mai-hime yesterday and it seems that every sunrise anime makes a 180 in the plot/hideuos plot device around episode 20.
