dat true, Gantz is preety much junk as an anime. It has a great ideea, full of sublayers and it requires theviewer to read between the lines to get what the story wants to say. But it has some major drawbacks, as caracters is bad, as development is boring and bad, and other stuff. It would probably have been better to make it as a 13 episode series

Gantz is a great anime IF you continue to read the manga where the anime starts failing, like before the last game.

Most trackers out there don`t even have or allow anime to be uploaded on their site. So instead of complaining you guys should be happy that we allow it and that our uploaders provide it.

If you want an anime pack so badly, then don`t whine about the size of the pack, simply clean up some disk space if needed, download the pack and keep seeding for as long as possible. We (staff) allow it to be uploaded, our uploaders upload it, you guys should be thankful!

So please think twice before moaning about something concerning anime releases

we like to watch anime here not ruin my eyes on some jpeg's. Manga is manga ,anime is anime. And Gantz is preety bad, look at just the anime

Does anybody know a good player for .ogm files except media clasic player, because I want it to have automatically japanese audio and english subds, and I would like to make a playlist.
So if anybody knows a player that has:

Default setting too choose japanese audio, english subs.
option to create a Playlist?

You can do that with MPC...

When watching an episode, check the bottom right corner of your screen where you can see an icon belonging to Haali Media Splitter. Double left-click it -> options -> Languages -> Audio and Subtitles languages -> type jpn,eng.

the rating is disputable. For example Berserk is simply the best anime ever made, no argument there. Yet it doesn't have a rating worthy of this title. Evangelion when was uploaded here many said it was "the sh*t", THE anime ,but it's rating is ratter common. When Hellsing was uploaded ,which i must say it's a rare piece of sh*t ,a piece of crap with no logic made mostly for low iq americans ,yet all comments were as well like "this is the best series ever". I recently viewed Shuffle and Tokimeki Memorial which i liked both and i wasn't bored one bit, yet they both have the rating around 7. I guess it depends wether the viewer likes a specific genre or not. wether it's intelect and culture permits him to fully understand the many sublayers that most anime have, and so on. I've yet to try the .hack series yet, but i'll take advantage of the upload tommorow and check it out, pure curiosity :whistle:

I can see several arguments against it being the best anime ever made. Foremost the crap non-ending.

Not that I am saying it is bad, just that it's not really the best.

well these kind of endings were always like this, some likes them , some don't. The ending was like that ,from what i can think of , either to create a tension around the viewer and make him anticipate , or it was like that because simply the story wasn't over in the manga. Personaly i apreciate these kind of endings more , it's a great feeling of desperation and anticipation , especialy if the anime is very good, all sorts of thoughts run through your head days after you've watched the series. I find the anime all the more good if it manages to to this to the viewer. I also liked the Death Note ending ,which most say they didn't. Why wouldn't i, a realistic ending, brutal and violent, instead of a comercially "happy-ending " to please everyone. Remember Code Geass ending, same thing there, only that will definitly have a sequel

Well, as anime it probably isn't the best of the best, one of the best for sure tho, it just that it has one of the best story/setting ever. Also the drawing style is very good imho. About the end...well that simply is not the end, it's the start of the story, the anime stopped there, but that's not the end at all. Same for Gantz. You gotta read the manga.

edit: Berserk has become famous also cause most animes were innocent, kinda for kids, while berserk introduced a genre not aimed to kids, some real crudeness and a story grownups can enjoy. Now we're filled with such animes, some good some mediocre, but before there weren't any.

Yes, I know. The manga is pretty good, think I have read until volume 29. Though it can be a bit tiresome at times.. It is soo long.

One really annoying thing about Naruto now is the flashbacks within episodes. I mean most ppl remember what happened the last 20 minutes. Or even last couple of eps.

Download Hunter x Hunter. Naruto is based on that show. Maybe HxH is based on something earlier but not what i know. HxH is awesome!

Allright so i watched Neon Genesis Evangelion. But honestly the final parts of it are mental and disturbing with no end to it.
Allso kinda got the feeling that it promoted self hatred the last episodes right untill the end.

No offence to those who like it though.

I loved Hunter X Hunter! One of the best series ever, that and Full Metal Alchemist..

Anyone seen that Darker Than Black series? I downloaded it, but haven't gotten around to see it.. is it worth it?
