Hey Dozy, seems like ya forgot some Genesis movie.. I actually found a pack with a "Studio Sokodei Evangelion - Redeath [fandub parody].mpg" file in it.. not sure if it's a fake film or not, maybe it doesn't go with the series at all. But thanks alot for the pack anyhow!

Hmmm... If I had to pin-point it, I'd say everything... But it's cool!

Just finished watching Death Note, it was simply awesome >_< I'm now wondering if it's worth it to watch the 3 hours special... Any opinions?

well, i never thought i'd feel these weird emotions/feelings/WTHs from an anime ever, anyway, seems to work pretty well.

death note special is a 2 hours 10 minutes movie summarizing the first 25 episodes of the anime, don't know if there is another special summarizing the rest or not.

i fast forwarded from the beginning to the end, basically same everything, just a weird kind of ending scene. Not a scene seemed unfamiliar. i.e: just re-arranged and cut to fit a movie like story.

anyway, i think i am going to watch it later .. been a while since i seen death note, and it is just a work of art that i might enjoy several times with different flavors.

hey guys .Could some of you write a few of the more dramatic/tragic animes that you've ever seen ? Something like Nana/Air/Kimi ga Nozomu Eien. I am preety much up to date with them but you never know what you might miss. Thank you ..

btw. some of the series are available in HD (720p) (like Devil May Cry and a lot of the "new" series) and a lot of movies like Howl's Moving Castle, Paprika, Brave Story, Ghost in the Shell 1+2, The Place Promised in Our Early Days, Origin - Spirits of the Past, Cowboy Bebop Movie, Steamboy, Appleseed, Metropolis etc. (mostly by THORA) http://thoranime.5gbfree.com/
Make sure to grab em that way if they are available, it's a whole different feeling with the vibrant colors and the detailed FX compared to lowres TV/DVDRips ^^

I dont lika Thora that much, they name their releases like the scene and try to be elitist when they are just fansubbers, and they have 0 community. i rather spam ayako's channel cause the staff is nice.

i gave the death note special to a friend to watch it "who didn't watch the anime" and he said it wasn't comprehensive and didn't make sense most of the time, like some parts are missing.

so i looked into the first 10 minutes of the movie, and he is right, this is made for someone who watched the anime, not for someone who is watching death note for the first time.

I heard sometime ago that they might be making a live action movie from the GITS first movie, but its still speculation.

Just finished watching School Days(12 eps), and the ending was very dramatic and something that I wouldn't have guessed at all.. I suggest you watch it.

They dont reencode BD/HDDVD's, its HDTV rips.

Even if they are a group from hdbits.org its just depressing that they try to be like sceners, what the scene hates the most is bittorrent p2p fags.
