followed it exact, no episodes imported to dvd styler, no matter what avi's i choose.

well virtually exact, cant use softencode (AC3)  spose I need to find the gold edition

but it should still import if using a different encoder.

??

personaly ive not tested this tutorial bcause i work the other way (DVD -> XviD)

a buddy gave me this tut, i seemed to me like a big help and i wanted to share this with you, but i dont know all the options

one i think is you have to have the gold version of DIKO (find on isohunt) to have all the other options availiable

try out and sorry that i cant give you more info on this tut

#408196 by fx2050Donor (Power User) at 2005-10-08 15:10:53 (7 years ago) - [Report]Top

Get The film machine with CCE (Itīs @ oinkīs) it works fine, and supports SRT subs.

#411597 by chucklesjhDonor (Power User) at 2005-10-11 03:47:33 (7 years ago) - [Report]Top

The easiest way to do it I think is to just use Nero Recode

#411769 by fx2050Donor (Power User) at 2005-10-11 09:43:03 (7 years ago) - [Report]Top

film machine looks good although I wont waste 4hrs on each dvd.

dvd shrink does perfect quality quicker, now just need easy dvd episodes with menu's and dont want all the crap with bitrates etc just a nice normal app.

this tutorial seemed perfect but it dont work and cannot find latest gold diko on any torrent to re-try.

But DVD shrink wonīt do DivX -> DVD

And DVD Santa itīs a good choice, itīs a pity it doesnīt support HR HDTV

#412961 by fx2050Donor (Power User) at 2005-10-12 08:48:14 (7 years ago) - [Report]Top

yeah i use shrink just for dvd copying, i now need something for divx avi episodes that can create menus without pissing about with many different apps etc.  this was almost the solution.

#413114 by unknown[4295] at 2005-10-12 12:40:55 (7 years ago) - [Report]Top

I made a DVD from a couple VHS DivX rips, just drag and drop the avis, select the chapter division and make a menu, that could take u 30-45 minutes, after that it takes 8 hs (Athlon +1600 512Mb ram) to reencode, and thatīs all.
Give it a try

#413123 by fx2050Donor (Power User) at 2005-10-12 12:47:37 (7 years ago) - [Report]Top

8hrs!!  sod that, presumably u mean the film machine app
