But thats not mozilla dev's fault, thats the creators of the extensions fault

well, firefox without extensions is not as popular in the first place

secondly, i never blamed Mozilla for that, i was just complaining about the lack of extensions without pointing fingers

The one thing I don't like is the anti-aliasing of images... Anybody know how to disable it?

Opera úber allas
For one, it's so unpopular that's why it is so safe compared to IE or FF.

Opera is the fastest browser and has the most user friendly UI I know of.

I have a P3 1GHz with 512MB SDram. I'm using FF2 right now, and it seems to be so fucking slow from time to time. Would it be better to switch to Opera, or FF3?

I'm in love with the new Opera. Tried the new Firefox but considering my previous experience with it I wasn't too sure about using it as my default.

At least with Opera I know it's fast and I'm not in the least bit tempted to bog it down with extensions.

FF3 made a huge improvement over FF2 in terms of memory usage.

for FF3, in the navigation toolbar, why does it display a bunch of my bookmarked sites?  its stupid and i cant figure out how to remove it from the navigation toolbar!  they all have a stupid star beside them, i dont want navigation toolbar displaying these, thats what the 'bookmarks' tab at the top is for you know!   TIA

Internet Explorer FTW!

Serious Note:
Used Internet Explorer until Firefox came out, then used Firefox for ages, but then one time after format I didn't bother to install Firefox right away, so I was using Internet Explorer, and it didn't look to bad, and then it had tabs, something it did not have when I switched to Firefox. So haven't been bothered to install Firefox since then. :o

Should give Opera a try, since it originates from my country.

Lol nice bill gates picture. I couldn't figure out if that Opera video was serious?

Anyway, IE is not secure compared to firefox and you see ads/popups on almost every webpage. I even have IE8 (still in beta I believe) on my computer and it still can't block popups or ads correctly.

Browse a little down.

It is serious!

0:21-0:23 - "0p3rA 15 jU5t F4s7!!!!!!!!!11111111111!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11" (Survive make your time)

I have gotten 0 popups. It's been disabled, it just a yellow line at the top of the browser that you have to right click and accept popup. Gotten no popups past that. Even when I download something HTTP, then I have to right click the yellow line and accept it.

It may be less secure, but can you really back that up? There is plenty of rumours bashing IE, but is it really that bad? And I think they have developed it security wise quite a lot since FF came, since they don't want to lose their monopoly as an internet browser.

There's one comparison of the 3 browsers. You have to keep in mind that FF3 was still in RC1 and was not the stable release.
