Warning! I suggest you write out the wire colour combinations before removing all the wires. If you mess up the wires, and installed into your motherboard. You may fry your motherboard.  Dont say i never warned. Beware not to pull the wires with too much force. The wires can easily come off the pins.

  • STEP: 1


    (Grab some of those bigger stapler bullets. Those normal small ones are useless.)


  • STEP: 2


    (Rip off 2 staples and straighthen one end so it looks "L" shaped. Be careful, the staples are very sharp!)


  • STEP: 3


    (Insert the two "modified" stapler bullets into the outer two sides of the square metal pin of the connector as shown in the pictures. (Not into the middle of the square pin.)


  • STEP: 4


    (Gently pull the wires out. If it does not come out, try adjusting or re-stuffing the pins. Again, don't use too much force when pulling out the pins because you can pull the wires off the pins. You can also use a thin screw driver to "poke" the pins from the top to slowly force it out.)
