its for 2 months so its more like 40000 but I am betting that many people lied or mistook it for donated ever. (I know I did by accident.)

I hold my hand up and say I've never donated. I have various reasons for this...
I've donated to smaller sites when they were set up. Oinks for example recieved a donation from me when it was starting up, and a number of other smaller sites did too (some made it, some didn't). I also donate towards a BF2 server.
However this site has always seemed very stable, with a large user base so I've always assumed it didn't require donations, and my money would do more good elsewhere on other sites. But now from Max etc I hear differently. This suprises me. I guess I also have a certain hesitation concerning TB due to the problems with donations in the past. Despite this I trust the current admin as it's a return to old form.
However, if I could see where the money went, what costs were etc, I would donate without a moments hesitation. Alot of sites have a monthly target, and a current donations total displayed. If I were to see this site struggling for cash I'm sure lots of us would be more willling.
I will have to disagree. For almost all of it's life there has been contraversy, management problems and weekly staff changes.
Granted, the past 2 months have seen a great change/improvement in the way the site is managed.
I will only donate to sites that I believe have a future, and the sheer fact is that this site is one of the top few with a target on it, and it's only a matter of time before something happends and we have to start all over again.

When I said stable, I meant a large active userbase. As in lots of potential donators.

unless you see a star they lied period. and the expenses reaccure every month. so continious donations are needed to keep going. we are well short of whats needed. and we may have a target on our backs but unless a heck of a lot of law changes are made. they will have a very hard time shutting us down with the way things are set up.

i agree a target shoudl be advertised, Im sure if people see the funds r becoming low then they would add more donations.
How about a compulsory one off £1 payment from all users, that would cover expenses for a good while
if you cant afford £1 then you should really sort ur life out

Go to www.paypal.com and sign up, when it asks for credit card you either fill in the info requierd or press cancell if you don't have a credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard)
You will recieve a verfying email, after verifying you press Transfer money if you don't have a credit card.
If you have a credit card you can just start transfering.
