PS just a side note, why are suppressed gunshots so exaggerated in TV and film? I've fired a "silenced" Heckler and Koch USP and Glock 17, while the USP was actually quite loud (would have still been heard from quite a distance), the Glock was almost totally quiet, except for the sound of the cartridge falling to the floor and the gun cycling the next bullet. It sounds absolutely nothing near how Hollywood portrays it.

A friend of mine`s father had a silencer on a kinda huntingrifle. He shot some swans who was in the water with their cabin. And it wasent silent. maybe because the bullet hit the water, but still.........but is hollywood.

Pistols generally silence better than handguns because they use lower calibre ammunition. The .22LR and 9x19mm silence exceptionally well, depending on the suppressor used, but they still sound NOTHING like what you hear in Hollywood.

I hate the hiatus of the various shows. We all have to wait for 3 months and you forget and have to rewatch them.

I like 24's concept of a show every week.

24 is an exception to the rule, hence the reason it starts in January and not September like most other shows. Another reason is because it gets massively high ratting so they can do what ever they like and know people will watch regardless of when it starts.
