ye i love it too there is 1 problem, were as lost its kinda a mini movie in 1 eps, u can be satisfied with the story of 1 episode but u still need to watch more to find out the overall story, but with prison break its kinda addictive and if i dont get the next eps i will die ..

Well unless there's a stay of execution, I'd say they *have* to get out sometime this season, at the rate they're eating up time per episode.

@ Ubitsa : I am not sure where I read this ( I think TV dot com ), that the whole mini series is about trying to break the guy from prison.

I meant in the non-animated department; I did not like 24, despite the appearance of Keifer and half of Family Guy I did not enjoy either. Just an opinion anyway...

I'm not quite sure what to think of this yet. At the moment i can only say it is ok. I wouldnt quite say it is as gripping and nail bitting as 24. But im gonna follow for a while. Im not gonna spoil it for anyone but for those who watched episode 2 at the end, its quite obvious they dont go through with it in my eyes because he is know jack bower. the acting in this isn't to hot either, it seems to be full of 'c' class actors. LMAO!!! Mike Hammer!!!!

Hmm. Acting is quite good actually. By the way, from what I've heard they do cut his toe off. That is a good move by the writers in my opinion.

Each to there own, but i cant say its good until i've maybe seen a couple more episodes to say its worth following. To be quite honest i dont really like the map idea, i would expect that in Mcguyver script or indiana jones, however, i could be proved wrong and map idea might lead to something genius like a prison escape. Sorry for being a little sceptical (or however u spell it!) but it can only turn good if they do escape. Because then we can have a guest performance from tommy lee jones saying we got ourselves a fugutive on our hands. But im more intrigued at the moment about the outside the prison story lines going on.

An outstanding show. Brings back great memories of Oz. It's pretty obvious that the 'bad guy' prison guard is gonna get killed soon, huh? ;P

I'm not too sure about this yet - watched the first two episodes and im hardly "gripped". Think a major factor for me is how easy the main character has just swanned into this maximum security prison, had dealings with all the major players and yet come out unscathed (well apart from the possible toe incident). In my eyes american prisons = become someones bitch and get fucked in the ass but stay moderately safe OR join some gang or already be connected OR get raped and beaten until you die. (Well according to OZ anyway!)

Anyway hope it will pick up, the acting - especially in the build up to the prison riot was pretty piss poor, just didnt seem remotely gritty or real, still tho I will give it a few more episodes before i make a real judgement!

Great show, I loved it! Among the bests I have seen from FOX, which usually carries crap shows such as The OC. Did not seem like it would be a FOX show, I could imagine it easily being an HBO show though.

Heads up, third epsiode airs tommorow night on FOX.

This is a great show. Can't wait for the next ep.

I didn't even know about the show until the weekend and decided it looked like it would be good to try. Got the hr.hdtv version(wasn't upped here for some reason) and it even looks heaps great to. This has potential to be very good but i guess time will tell.

I hope it goes good.

i'm liking it

as someone said its a little rediculous how many contacts the guy makes in such a short amount of time but then again he did plan ahead
