These are all US Retail release dates.  The Warez release is likely to be around these dates, sometimes before, sometimes after and sometimes not at all (due to protection).  Also not all games here will be uploaded to the tracker.

It looks like it was only released in Europe and it's coming to North America on that date.  That's what the page says anyway.  I'll check it out.
