But what is it? Its clearly not something that can be explained without some sort of supernatural roots. The whole idea surrounding this series was the island and its mysteries and the guys that crashed there unraveling them bit by bit.
Now it goes supernatural? Please.. I enjoyed the episode and everyone before it and although I will definately continue watching it, Im disapointed its took this turn. I was hoping there would be an explaination for all this, sinister or not, but now how do they explain this?
Also Im getting pretty strung up on the fact that "still" pushing on too 1.5 full series no one has explained the greatest mystery of all on the island. Who are the others, why are they the way they are etc, not even a little bit, or even shots of them. Just when you think all the charactors lives have been detailed and its about to release some information on what this truely is all about, they introduce some more new charactors to the new series for them to show throughout, and the story never really progresses.
I worry that with a hit this large, they are going to want to make many series with it. The program is counting down to the explaination of the island, and theres only so much you can put between the question, ie the beginging, and the answer, the end. Are they going to spring a new group of survivors up who survived in suitcases the next time or what.
Its going to be fun how they join together the "others" strange people moving through the jungle barefoot, doing wierd shit, The dharma project and the meaning of the bunkers, black supernatural? smoke that flashes scenes of your life before your eyes as if reading your mind, how people like Jack meets someone in a football stadium, then meets him on an island, Ecko finds his lost brother on the same island he managed to crash onto miles from anywhere? and whatever else they manage to dream up over this season.
All the first season I was like.. W.T.F is in the hatch. Now Im like, just offer some kind of explaination, for something.. anything..

Make it fullscreen and press |Print Screen| button in your keyboard, then open MS paint or what ever your favourite imagemakeing software, and paste it there (Ctrl+C)..

edit: and if you have Power DVD just hit space to pause, and with T you can forward frame by frame, makeing the spotting easyer.

I remember quite a few pics being posted of the characters flasbacks with other characters in the background. Like when Sawyer is on the tv in the background when Kate is speaking to her Dad and one where Jack is in the background in the hospital.

I've searched and searched previous pages but can i feck find them again (there's a few dead links) has anyone got the pics i'm talking about and if so could you post them again cos i would like to show a friend.

when u say MS paint u meen the 1 that comes with windows?

What program are you using to watch the eps with?

With most Programs the screen will turn out black in paint.

Try BSPlayer. Is u got that one.

emh, question. Someone said that, related to the mr. eko and black some thing, that the smoke dident took Lock. I DID! the smoke was trying to pull Lock down into the hole - so there are a difference betveen the to of them. Look carfully at the ep when lock is pulled into the ground and you will se it

one thing i wonder about in most of the episodes.
why do they not talk about things!?
eko saw the smoke and what happens !? he just shortly talked to charlie about it. nothing more.
wouldn't you run back to the beach and told all about the smoke ?
same with a lot of things.
i kinda hate things like this in tv shows.

this episode was quite good actually,gave us some background info of Mr.Eko. Still though i find Walt talking to michael shit :/ i mean wtf when will they start answering some questions instead of giving us more? i guess they want to make a big finale but damn lost is getting boring :S

OK here's what people are saying about the lost: (might contain very serious spoilers)

They are saying that all the passengers are died, or in coma. They are stuck in a world that is between this world and a world that will lead them either to hell or heaven. Hence, they are given a last chance to get rid of their sins.. Remember that when "others" were taking people they said they were taking them because those people were good. So, others are taking children and other innocent people and bringing them to heaven. The more they do good, the better chance they will reach the heaven.. The people that died in the series.. in the island that is.. They are (possibly) brought back to the current world that we are living.. So they are not dead anymore..

This aproach explains everything.. How the island has something from each and every passengers background, how supernatural things can happen etc..

that was a nice ep... especially that info about the drugs and the other little plane crash ...
but man didnt j.j.abrams say that all this stuff that keeps happening would relate to a realistic basis... i mean this smoke floating around aint really that realistic or have ever seen black smoke make that much noise and then stays right in front of you trying to tell you something lol... but in all i still liked the ep just wished j.j would of kept his promise lol ;( (well basically it has a touch of alias in it... i mean zombie monsters that eat humans aint that realistic either

Im pretty sure thats it.

Even if Walt was going to say that Michael needed to come to a certain place, there is no place on the island where Michael would know exactly where to go.

For example:

Walt: You need to come to the Station 5

Michael would have no idea where that was anyway. Obviously, he seems to know where he is going, judging by the trailer, but it puzzles me to think HOW he would know. There is no place where everyone knows, and how the hell is that stupid Walt going to give a decription of the steps he needs to take to get to the location.

Probably because it aint that bloody Walt - it's an other! He has led Michael into a trap!

Michael should ask a few more probing questions to determine if it is really Walt, q's like whats your mothers name, what's your dogs name etc

But all this time we assumed that walt (or whoever is typing) is in another hatch, but we dont know, maybe there is a computer connected to the "network" in the radio tower, we do know that the others control the radio tower now.

Michael may of already spoke of the Swan station to "Walt". Very dangerous on his part, imo but to be expected I guess. Soon we will hear more WAAAAAAAAAALT!!! & They took my son! :weep:
