If I'm right Hurley wasn't in the original cast, they just brought him along because the liked the actor so much if I'm not mistaking

I was thinking it would be a cool trip if they setup a real island with all this crap (ie. the others, polar bears, hatches, etc) and made it a holiday vacation for survival types.. of course the plane wouldn't crash, you'd get there on a boat or whatever and spend 2 months battling it out with creepy voices in the bush and trying to find the prize or something lol...

why not hypnotise a whole plane full of people then let them all wake up at a beach with a lot of plane rubble letting them think they've been in a crash and see what happends.

btw those pictures of the dharma dudes supposing they are "the others" does seem believable but the pictures aren't very clear. i can't make out if it's the same people.

i just watched episode 3 and what will happen in ep 4.i just knew that jin could talk english from the 4-5 episode of the first season. Waiting for ep 4 now,thursday morning right?

Is everyone sure that is Jin talking at the end and not the actor talking in some interview or DVD extra? Just seems odd that he had such an American accent (I know the actors Korean but he does speak with an American English accent...), and when Jin was in the Airport toilet and the American "employee" of his father in-law asked for a towel when he spilt water on himself, Jin conveyed he didnt understand, he could have just silently passed him the towel instead of making an awkward moment?

i thought someone already mentioned that the actor was talking.
i myself never saw the preview (had the UMD version of last episode) so i cannot sign it, but i also think that it would be highly unreliable if out of the sudden , jin starts talking english.

I think Jin and the man from the orientation film are in this together somehow. He looks similar to Jin's boss...

Yea that was me, i mentioned it as soon as people started "OMG"ing about it, just thought people might have forgotten as they where still going on about it. I also think Jin wouldn't turn around and say "everythings gonna change" and start making demands (thats how I percieved ehe way he was saying it if it wasnt the actor).

Wasn't the man from the orientation video an American scientist in San Fran? Jin's father in-law was a Korean buisness man who sold watches and was involved in the Korean mafia...

...Good point however as maybe there is a connection, through family or buisness links to the man in the video? :shifty:

That may be a coincident but maybe not, I'm not sure.

I wonder if the plane still would have crashed if Hurley wouldn't have played with the numbers.

Probably, you know the girl jack met before he was going to fly home? the same girl that took the pistol from Sawyer in the last episode... she was probably ment to end up there cause she knew "the others"

I doubt 'The Others' were on the plane, as the French woman knew about them, and also talked about them taking her child. I have to agree, i wish there were more answers and less questions, but that is what makes the show so suspenseful and makes the viewers want to catch next weeks episodes, cant wait until Thursday when the next episode surfaces.

If i survived a plane crash and met some people from the same plane like 40 days later I would be happy and start chatting with 'em..

And probably 99% of all the people on the world would do the same. It makes no sense to fight with each other like they did.
