You can just fix the audio by cutting out the fucked sections. If you demux the mp3 with virtual dub, quickly load in a visual audio editor like audition, you will note at 7:13, then 13 and three more times small gaps in the audio stream are quite visible with a quick scroll. Removing these, saving as mp3 and remuxing this with the video stream replacing the old audio will fix the episode. Took me 5 minutes.

Don't these guys that make releases have access to a WinTV card ? Heck, the pvr 250/350's do the encoding in the hardware, all ya need is virtualdub to cut out the commercials when it's done airing and that takes like 5 minutes... Software encoding on a high-end machine could be done in real time ya ?..

yeh a scene syncfix would be awesome...these constant repacks, propers, real propers, etc etc are ratio killers!

yep, their latest problems seem to stem from reception issues. glitches etc, all reception related. but in their defense, they've been preing a lot of stuff a bit later than usual, probably to check for problems. and they've been getting some propers in too.
