Yeah, the flashbacks make the characters who they are. The revalations/events on the island wouldn't be anywhere near as interesting and exciting without any backstory.

Yesterdays flashbacks did seem a little slow in times but it showed us how Michael really parted ways with his girlfriend and Walt. And that Michael gave Walt that little teddy polar bear.

I took screenshots of the meetings with lawyers from season 1 with Claire and in yesterdays episode with Michael. The rooms look almost identical, but Claire is in Austrailia and Michael is in NY. Wierd.

The last episode of Lost S1 was last night on tv.


What the heck was that?:S I expected something more from a 6-month season to end by "There's only one problem though,you're gonna have to give me the boy"

Is S2 as good as the first one,and does it give u any answers:S

p.s is there a link to download the whole S2 because i cant wait until december (i think it's when S2 starts in my country)?

Firstly, wow what an awesome episode that was.

Instinct, you can get both S2E01 and S2E02 here on torrentbytes, as season 2 just premiered last week.

one thing that I wondered about in the season finale of the 1st season - hurley races to the airport, pushes and yells at everybody to get out of his way.. finally he makes it to the line, skips ahead of everybody (the school teacher can be seen in line, complaining to his friend that he's only just now emptying out his handbag just as they get close to the metal screener.)   Hurley is forced out of line... but what does he do, he races back, pays the old man for his motorized wheelscooter and then races across the airport to another terminal .......... ? why ?  Why not just go to the back of the line if that's the one he should be on..

About the twintowers.
1st option, the scene was taped so long ago,
that the towers were still there. (i don't think so...)
2nd option, the scene is inside a studio,
and the window is just a picture,
which is done frequently in movies. (mhm, sounds more like it)

But ok, for the rest of the topic.
Lets say that Walt is kinda "the key" to the mystery.
Then what is the connection between him getting that polar
bear, and the polar bear actually showing up at the island?

Sounds good. He red of the polarbear, next day or something, there were a bear. Very strange.. Or maybe that paper was about the island

Fair enough. Walt can manifest things with his mind, not knowing he does so of course.
If so, that's obviously the reason "the others" want him. And they
want him to do something for them. Or maybe kill him to be safe.
Maybe even they are all like him, and that's why they want him.
Maybe the guy in the hatch is protecting himself from Walt's abilities,
as well as from the others.

(If it takes more than 2 or 3 more episodes to reveal something really vital,
im gonna have to vote this series as the biggest phoooony ever...
Gaaad, im tired of beeing pulled in the leg...)

I agree totally. According to TV.com there's only 3 eps left or something, does'nt sound logical to me.. So many questions, if they are going to solve all those mysterys in 3 eps, they better be good. But, if that's the case, lost can go to hell. Good show, with a to-fast-ending.

No, there is 25 episodes in season 2. TV.com only has the summaries of the current 5, otherwise it would end up explaining ,in a summary, the whole of season 2's plot.

I have seen in a number of articals that Season 3 is about to get on its way in filming and they are currently scheduled for 4 seasons, in many ways I hope this is not true as I want to know whats going on. But in other ways thats ace because its gonna be one hell of a story!

They've got to keep this series top knotch after all the awards and fans because other wise the producers are going to get strung up!

I have one complaint about the show as well as alot of shows being shown lately. What the fuck is up with everything being so damn dark and I dont mean story wise. I have a expensive hdtv setup and I fucking hate it when they shoot this freaking pitch black scenes where you cant see shit. Turn on a damn light so I can see whats going on! :rant:

my mate shown me something mad before, in the episode in series one were hurley is
driving his car to the airport and it breaks down (sorry cant remember what ep number) look at the speedometers in the car, it displays all the "numbers" and the speed goes from 8 to 4, strange huh??!?


anyone else notice that or can shead any light on it?
