And : Dharma - in if it is a "code" where the numbers are letters, D (in the alphabet) is 4, H is 8, se the pattern? but i havent figuerd out how the other numbers are connected - but the numbers are 4 8 15 16 32 42(sometheing) = 6 pares of numbers. I doubt that they recorded it back in 2001... #396150 by joepl (User) at 2005-09-30 00:44:39 (7 years ago) - [Report] you got some good theories but the one with the Feng Shui circle is too twisted to be real ...ok only if the screenwriters were on crack or smth Jaffa you're wrong... if it wasn't for the flashbacks of other characters ( even the ones who have smaller parts to play ) the show would be dull...we wouldn't care about any of the characters because we wouldn't know jack shit about their past..what people they were and how the plane crash affected each one of them... it's deeper that way...we can see how they undergo a transformation...like Sawyer for example. I started to like him after I knew something about him and in case of his character I don't think he would just go to any of the survivors and shared the story of his life... that's why it's all shown in retrospections. It makes the show something more than just another brainless entertainment such as Smallville and that's why we love it so much, not only the numbers, the others, the hatch or sharktail logo...
