Definitely DVD player for me, surround sound and picture quality, plus there's the comfort issue.I enjoy just sprawling however I'd like while watching a movie.

In the theater of course, nothing beats that.
Totally different experience, hardcore home cinema systems rock, but still... the theater...
If it only would be cheaper...

id prefer watching a movie at my house on my tv.
I would say theater, except theres always people talking, and other things like that, that ruin the movie.
If this is 5 years ago I would choose theatre hands down. But now, DVD is catching up with the titles not far behind the theatre (3-6 months after big screen), plus you don't even need to go out and spend extra bucks for pop-corn, drinks, etc. (No counting you have to drive to the theatre)
Plus, we get some hot movies here, even better
I still go to see big screen every now and then with some big movies.

I voted DVD due to the comfort factor.....nothing beat's either sprawling out or curling up on the sofa and watching a good movie.

I prefur PC because its free to download and iv got a widescreen monitor so theres no need to squint.
But i never get anything worse than DVDrip 700mb. because CAM's and stuff i cant bare watching. id rather be in the cinema and pay 6 pounds AND get popcorn and sweets thrown at me!!!
But secondly the theatre becasue its a better experiance all round.
And lastly DVD even though the surround sound stuff is good, it means renting which you get a film you can eaily download. or buying which is expencive.
Just my thoughts!

I voted DVD because one can really kick back...
I only go to the cinema to watch "event" movies, like Star Wars, Matrix, disaster movies...

Choose other, as I couldn't place streaming movies through the Xbox to my TV in any of the categories.

I pop all my movies on a folder on my PC and access them on my XBOX!
it's situation dependant... i like the experience of the cinema, the going, the paying over the odds for sub standard food and then fighting for a decent seat, but that's something i would choose to do with my friends.
It's nice to appreciate the intimacy of horror movies in the dark with some good home cinema, i have to drive about an hour to get a theatre that sounds better than my room...
