Hey people, I dunno if I am able to read all the posts that have been posted here, but well I have a question..

How many seasons are there of Stargate? There is two diffrent? SG-1 and Atlantis or what? Any Connections between em? Are there any movies? Just watched a episode with the MacGuyver guy and well it rocked!

Yay, more Stargate fans.

So, two shows:
Stargate: SG1 - A show based on Earth, ten seasons (the tenth is currently being aired now but it is the last), this is the one with 'MacGuyver Guy' in it, he is the leader of SG-1 for the first seven or eight seasons then leaves.
Stargate: Atlantis - A show based in the city of Atlantis on an unknown planet in the Pegasus Galaxy, currently three seasons and the third finished aired in Canada earlier this week but after this they will be re-newing the show for season four.

When you get to the eighth season of SG1, you should then start the first season of Atlantis then you'll be in sync, mixing may spoil some episodes and stuff.

Also, there was a Stargate movie before the TV series and you should watch this before SG-1, it's based on the SG-1 team but it's got different characters as it was only meant to be a one off film, not have a TV series carry on from it.

I don't think I forgot anything maj0r.... Good luck watching them.

Actually, its not an unknown planet. The planet where Atlantis (or should I say was) is called "Lantea".

They are replicators.....they can rebuild very easily......thus the whole make a clone of atlantis previously. Anyway there are so many wholes that could be exposed from these shows....best to imagine there is some logical and rational explaination for it all.....I'm sure McKay could explain it ...within the next 4 seasons

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the last couple of SG1 episodes. Maybe not exactly by the storylines, but by the production overall.

As said before few times here, July 2007 seems to be the date, but there is a small chance that we would have to wait till September/October.

SG-1 S10 and SGA S3 ends in USA in June, so Sci-Fi Channel may want to do a bigger breek before season 4 of SGA.

While watching the latest SG-1 episode I was thinking "OMG, they ripped off die hard!!1"

Then they threw in the Die Hard reference and I realized it was intentional. :-)

Weir is not leaving Atlantis.. But leaves as MAIN cast to a guest character.
