I didn't wait months for this... I'm just beginning to recover from the sudden endings in SG1 and now they do this?

SG:A was a very very cool episode, not boring at all.

One thing I couldn't believe was how Teyla didn't just kick or grab the gun from the old guys hand, she's an uber fighter person and he's an old frail guy falling over because the room is shaking. :blink:

I cannot wait to see SG:1, my friend said he just caught the last five minutes on Sky One but I had no idea it was on, anyone know if someone will be upping a Sky One rip? :hmmm:

SG Atlantis was quite disappointing, in fact it's like this season is just full of rubbish, without anything spectacular. Let's hope that changes.

Wow what an ep. I think they are just going to blow all the galaxies up to end this. As for Atlantis they have to milk that one to help make SG-1 go out with a "BANG" then it'll get better again...

Atlantis episode had some awesome cgi/sfx but the story was weak. NOW SG1 !!!!!!! Right down to the core, this is how its done!!! amazing episode!!

well i think that SFM it wrong, the echo is only while they are inside a cave, never when they are outside.

I totally disagree, the whole season has been full of interesting episodes and this is by far one of the best. It's the kind of episode that is from early SG-1, the best kind where they go off to brand new planets and start meeting people who always turn out to have a twist in their stories and a good episode always comes from it.

But I do totally agree with your statement about Adria.

Which brings me to a point I meant to mention in my previous post; she is a fucking shit actor. I only really noticed in this last episode, she just doesn't fit into Stargate. Just watching and listening to her you can see she doesn't seem serious or scary at all like the Orici should, and the worst part was when she flicked her head back like a teenage girl would, that's just silly and doesn't fit the character one bit. :-/

I watched about every episode of SG-1, and they keep on going strong (sad they lost jack tho). SG Atlantis started good, and was quite interesting, but lately.. it is like it's filled with fillers. No wraith what so ever.

I do hope that's gonna change, and they at least introduce the wraith back, or some other bad villain. Else, they wont go that far. Reminds me to star trek enterprise (the new one with archer, t'pol) where it ended only after 4-5 seasons, mainly due not having a enemy either, and just filling it up with random stuff.

I love SG:A for not doing 24 episodes straight of Wraith fights. These "Filler" episodes really represent some of the great Sci-Fi stories, rehashed in the SG world. ri). Instead we are left wondering what the Wraith are doing, what they are planning and what new tech they'll bring to bear in the future - this mystery is what keeps people coming back for more.

couldn't have said it better myself. these "filler" episodes are what SG1 and SGA are about. they should leave the huge wraith battles for the cliffhanger episodes at the end of the season... still, wouldn't hurt to see some of the buggers every once in a while
