We know about this since August/September.
There will be 2 DVD-direct movies after S10E20, they will premiere near the end of 2007.
All this is well know for some time now.

Thats a bit sad. But I am kind of suprised it lasted as long as 10 seasons. The only sci fi show I now have lasted longer is Dr. Who. which lasted for 27 seasons. Don't understand how dr. Who could have lasted 27 seasons. Anyhow very few shows go on for 10 seasons. And a lot better show get cancelled a lot quicker, for an example the best sci fi ever, Farscape. Or Firefly, which got only one season.

Im happy with ten seasons of SG-1

after this season is over there will prolly be coming a few SG-1 movies to clear the stories and maybe they move on to a new SG-1 Show!!

Stargate will live on!

I completely agree Ferris, what they need to do is merge story lines with Atlantis, which is just rocking at the moment. It would breath new live into SG1. Yes it would be complicated from a writing point of view, but well worth the effort.

Just think, you'd have to keep up with both series to keep on top of the story, that would be cool

Oh, yes, it's sad that SG1 is going to end.

But... let's hope that stargate atlantis will last a few more seasons

Well ive watched season 1 to 9 about 3-4 times... Since Jack went inactive I kinda felt like they needed to cancel this show.. im still watching it cuz its SG-1 but the stories sometimes are so stupid. Weve seen it all... Hopefully they prove us wrong by giving us some asskicking eps.. atfer the break.. lets hope so..

and for Atlantis.. sheppard and ronan are great to watch too.

S03E11 SG Atlantis should have aired on October 23rd on MC in Candada but they pushed the premiere to November 20th, i hope they won't do it again, becouse if they do, we will most likely wait till January.
On Sky One in UK SG-1 S10E11 and SGA S03E11 will most likely air on January 3rd.

All this was said here few times before.

SG-1 season 10 & SG Atlantis season 3 started on Sky One on October 18th.
SG-1 S10E03 and SG Atlantis S03E03 aired this week, SG-1 S10E10 and SG Atlantis S03E10 will air on December 20th.

I just finished watching all 9.5 seasons of SG-1 and 2.5 seasons of Atlantis!
