Holy crap that was great HOHOHOO
My jaw dropped almost the entire movie.

This also sorta felt like an ending to the SG1 saga. Though I really want them to see again, their adventures as we know them, are now over.

I thought the same thing... not knowing that after a few hours I would find out that was the last SG scene he would ever appear in...

hmm actually that was not the last scene..

I like it a lot as well and was much better than the first direct to dvd movie, but it felt rushed at the end.

why were there 2 colonel mitchells in 1939 at the end? i thought he only travelled back in time once and that was to 1929, so that would explain the younger one, but not the captain. I also felt that T'ealc deferred to SG-1's cause a bit too easily

thats not the first time either. There was one episode where they found that mirror device that sent them to alternate dimensions where Teal'c flipped after a quick talk.

I know that was bad, but the one in Continuum was just pathetic in comparison. :lol:

Wow, that was very good! Very, very good! After the crap that was Ark of Truth! As someone pointed out, it could have easily been an ending to the series. Thousand times better than the Ark and a very solid SG movie on its own. Was not perfect but that was not my expectation. Fun and the original SG storyline continuity were, and I got those!

I dont have a problem with how Teal'c trusted SG1. They were pretty convincing, knowing alot about him etc.

But I have to say, it's too obvious the directors are making these movies for the fans. But if they ever were gonna get reviewed, they would not be so good because you have to have seen the series first. Or else, none of it makes sense to begin with.

Speaking as a fan, I did have a problem with one thing. This is probably the last of SG1 we're gonna see in a long time, but the directors just treated the end of it as an episode. Like it was more to come, but currently there is not.

So when they finally slay the last system lordof the Goa ulds, they just walk out of there like nothing happened. I would want some deeper reaction from Teal'c, because that was really the end of his journey, ending the dictatorship of these evil snakes. I just think the end should be more heavy.

Oh man that was a good idea. Not for this movie, but imagine the end of the SG1 saga, hohoohoo that would be the best ever. They all ascending together after all mysteries have been solved. After the world has learned of all mysteries in the universe, and knows the truth about the pyramids.

Continuum was really really good

Just a shame that they didn't make it longer, it's just barely 2 episodes in 1, could easily have gone for another 30 minutes i think

Btw Landry was crazy, really got impressed by his speech when they were in the hangar.

Teal'C going "good" so easy, doesn't surprise me either even in the beginning of the series he got overturned in a matter of minutes, and as we see from the movie, Teal'C still believe in the freedom of the Jaffa, even when he's Baal's first prime.
